The Feel Human Program is my 1-2-1 nutrition coaching program designed to support YOU in achieving your health goals.

At Feel Human Program, I map out your personal goals and needs to discover what type of nutrition program will help you reach the desired outcome. With a solid foundation of knowledge, you’ll feel confident following my structured programme including weekly recipes, natural remedies and biohacks. I provide additional support throughout the journey with biometric tests recommendations, weekly sessions and on-going chats so as to reassure you that you are on the right track.
