The science is in: fasting has been proven to reset the body in many beneficial ways! We'll teach you valuable tips on fasting so you don't struggle in this signature fast.

Started in 2020 and open to all levels of fasting experience, this signature program is designed to give you foundational tools for a successful extended fast while you're guided through all the nuances of fasting.


Have you ever thought about fasting for health, but wasn't sure where to start? This is an awesome extended fast dedicated to getting you started on your first fast. Even if you have previously fasted, this is a great way to help reboot your system, gain even more benefits of fasting, and help coach you into the art of fasting.

Your fast will take you on a journey to understand the natural rhythms of your body. You'll connect with others in the group and experience the guidance and support from Caitlin and Dorota over the 5 days of your fast. 

We suggest a tried and tested liquid, minimal caloric intake fast. This fast is beneficial for weight loss and metabolic health.   


Best suited for first time extended fasters and people

who want to try a longer fast for the first time.

GlobalFast and its associates act as liaisons between third party wellness service providers.  Should there be any queries or claims they should be directed with said chosen service provider.   • GlobalFast is an extended liquid fast, wherein the fast lasts more than 24hours and you can drink liquids such as water, tea and coffee.

  • GlobalFast guides and supports ‘fasters’ during the fast. There are a few grocery items we recommend that support your fast. GlobalFast also provides drink recommendations and recipes when you are ready to break your fast. We also help you prepare your mind for the challenge that awaits you. …Basically, all you need to do is show up.

  • Pure electrolytes with no added flavors or sweeteners

  • Be mindful of how they make you feel when you take them on an empty stomach. Though this does not apply to everyone, it is ideal to keep up vitamin and mineral intake during a fast as you won’t be getting these from food.

  • Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi are all great adaptogens for controlling blood sugar, managing stress and anxiety which is key during an extended fast. They can also be taken as tea, filling you up ever so slightly
